Cranking Test
Enter cranking test and start the engine as prompted. The tester will display cranking voltage and the cranking time to check the starting motor works properly or not.If the cranking voltage value is lower than 9.6V, the cranking system is defective that shall be replaced. Opposites, the cranking system will be nice if the voltage value higher than 10.2V.
Charging Test
The tester displays the results of the ripple test,loaded and unloaded with reliable data to let you know battery status.
How to Test Your Battery ?
Choose Battery Test Mode - Select Battery Type - Select Battery Model - Get the Testing Result.Test Result including Voltage,system standards,SOH (State of Health), SOC (State of Charge), Resistance.
Battery Test Results:
GOOD BATTERY: The battery is in good condition.
GOOD-RECHARGE: The battery is in good condition but low current. Fully charge the battery and return it to service.
CHARGE & RETEST: Fully charge the battery and retest. When completed charging, please wait for half an hour to test.Failure to fully charge the battery before testing may result in inaccurate results. If you still get the message after you fully charge the battery, replace it.
REPLACE BATTERY: The battery is almost dead or the connection between the battery and the battery cable is poor. Replace the battery and retest; or disconnect the battery cables and retest the battery using the out-of-vehicle test before replacing it.
BAD CELL-REPLACE: The battery may be damaged such as a broken cell or short circuit. Replace the battery and retest.
